1) In each project you will learn something new, I had learned more about adobe forms and OOPs technology there under very good clients. 2) Lots of opportunities for fresher, also training they provide to enhance the skills or take your role on higher level

Dislikes

1) Tedious document process for some of the clients loses the interest in actual implementation on object side where most of the time goes in documents. Also for some of the clients I have filled 3 timesheet at a time. It's good for time management and overall to estimate the cost of object when object is big but not good for small objects where you spent most time filling the time sheets and making the documents rather than development on that object. 2) Complex management hierarchy where you have to report your development progress more than two or three people....Read More

Overall it was good experience where i was able to learn lot of new techniques to adapt from core ABAP to advance ABAP
