There won't be any promotion and hike and if an employee work with 200 %dedication ,their won't be any hike at all.I mean how employee will be motivated for the next year and finally they will leave the company.If you need any HR support or IT support,there is no helpdesk number.You have to depend on chat bot which are worst.They neva give proper reply which you really want from them.

Skills are under utilized due to project pressure. Salary is low compared to market standard and appraisal takes lot of time. Insurance policy is poor.

Over all good, it is your luck getting good project and manager. Upskill and certification is mandatory for senior resources.

Everything in Managers's hand. Not addressed employees concerns. You have work under shift timings though you are developer as most of the projects are US projects.

Most of the people can be categorized under the header "topper's syndrome", if you google the symptoms of the disease

As I am working since 1 year, I love the culture of IBM and there is more possibility of learning and upgrading ourselves. And IBM always prefer the women as priority first it will provide more beneficiary to the women employees.
