Managers treatment. It's pathetic. Ibm is a very good company but there are no strict policy and investigation on the managers so they have full liberty to torture there subordinates. *Not speaking about all*

Knowledge seekers have plenty of options to learn new technologies. Friendly co workers. Very open work culture. Procurement teams are very well organised and you would have lot of new opportunities to learn.

Dislikes

Perks not that satisfactory. Package is never industry standards, hike percentage very low.

Work Details

Our work was bit time restricted, but overall IBM procurement is very relaxed. If you want to start or settle in SCM, this would be the best choice.
