People Manager take biased decision when it comes to increments and provide vague reasons , being eligible for a increment I was denied with a reason I am having a high salary but I found out I had only 88% PMR while she has given increment to her own reportees who are near to 88% PMR , and without a hike for last 3 years I have to leave IBM which I did not wanted to. People Manager review should be done or else there are lot of instances where good people are leaving IBM...Read More
