In general work load is relaxed.

Dislikes

Just that my manager was so unprofessional. Micro management was at the highest. Depends on the project and manager you are assigned to. There is no 360 review. If your manager wants to screw you, then he will.

IBM pay is good. Job security is good as well.

Salary - Excellent
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Work is totally useless by nature. Most of the time we will do doing meaningless regression runs. No learning, no process, no appreciations, no recognition. Overall would not recommend IBM.

Need Suggestion’s

I have 3 years of experience at IBM as a #DataEngineer in a Big Data role. I have applied to multiple MNCs, and I received an interview mail from TCS for a Data Engineer role on 22nd January. I rescheduled the call, but I haven’t received any confirmation or reschedule mail from TCS since then. Could anyone suggest what I should do next? Also, if anyone could share #DataEngineer interview questions, it would be greatly helpful for my career.
