Their work life balance is really good but their core work is not up to mark . So I will suggest look for different companies if you want to grow your learnings and career . The options for learning different tech through courses are available but the core work is not up to mark so you are hoping to learn through work is not available

The best thing to work with this company being the perfect work culture as a fresher.You will get enough time for learning purposes and different certification courses they offer for free

Even Bcom graduates can become software engineers and project managers in IBM. Bcom from Seshadripuram First Grade College and STEM degree(MS) holder from University of Texas at Arlington, USA are paid the same salary. Very huge pay disparity. No equal pay for equal work. Very racist and biased. Managers make false promises of promotions and very gradual pay hike. No meritrocracy. All degrees are the same. I am working in IBM Security. IBM got really good work-life balance. The work hours are flexible, no one will pressurize you into doing things.

Dislikes

The hikes are not that great. Even switching projects is a very difficult. If you are a graduate hire then you must atleast work for 18 months in the initial project, no matter you are interested or not.
