Depends upon the team you are working with, generally a nice company with very convenient workspace and culture . No strict timings ,Salary is Good 👍🏻

Dislikes

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.

Work pressure depends on project. Overall good company to work and food for womens.

No promotion and hikes at all. Promotion hikes gdp everything depends on PeM.

There won't be any promotion and hike and if an employee work with 200 %dedication ,their won't be any hike at all.I mean how employee will be motivated for the next year and finally they will leave the company.If you need any HR support or IT support,there is no helpdesk number.You have to depend on chat bot which are worst.They neva give proper reply which you really want from them.

Over all good, it is your luck getting good project and manager. Upskill and certification is mandatory for senior resources.

Everything in Managers's hand. Not addressed employees concerns. You have work under shift timings though you are developer as most of the projects are US projects.

Internal movement between teams is almost always a fight. Often people are made to work in mixed bag of tasks/technologies, that might make one a jack of all trades and makes specialisation in one/some skillset go away.

Most of the people can be categorized under the header "topper's syndrome", if you google the symptoms of the disease

As I am working since 1 year, I love the culture of IBM and there is more possibility of learning and upgrading ourselves. And IBM always prefer the women as priority first it will provide more beneficiary to the women employees.

There is no team bonding as no one following the same day or atleast they should have 5 days compulsory in every month for one team, which will make them to know who all are there in the team.
