Great place to work at. Great bosses and supportive colleagues. Just stick to the KRA and work accordingly. You'll get immense support and continuous appreciation from your seniors. After all the work you'll still have healthy work-life balance

Everything is good if you have good people manager and project manager then. If you resigned IBM they will give you low performance. And in final settlement you will not get your GDP, performance bonus any extra amount. You will get only leave encashment that's it. Thank you
