The initiative taken by Bajaj through organisation called JBGVS helps to develop Rural villages by IRDP programme to enlarge health, community mobilization, livelihood and education facilities like school infrastructure, sanitation complexes and so many programmes to develop villages and poor families which leads to increases in number of students attending schools cause of good infrastructure etc. IRDP programme alose helps the women to be empower and made every individual able to be economically independent. The overall programme and the thought behind it was positive the response and support from each village was great. As a coordination team which works on field to cooperate between the organisation and villagers we used to give great efforts to spread JBGVS motive in every rural village where mobilisation was poor and living was hard....Read More

the motive behind all the work was great even as the employee working on field we used to give our best to complete the given responsibility, but the company (head managers/ decision makers) failed at their responsibilities, the management was so poor that it leads the company to shut down without any proper reason or explanation to the permanent job holders.

Working at IBM was a good experience as the company really provides Job security and has various opportunities to grow and explore our career in large varity of opportunities provided by this mega plateform of services.

Dislikes

The only and improtant aspect of working is for earning money and expecting increase of compensation in every financial year is not a very good experience working with IBM, however wages are biggest challenge in IBM its very difficult to get appraisal every year in IBM.

Its good place to work and gain infinite knowledge through attending trainings in other branches of IBM . There is job security and good learning enviroment for the freshers to build the carrier .
