The work-life balance is good. They do not micromanage about the work time. As long as you are completing your job on time and efficiently, they're fine with it

Dislikes

The company is totally manager-driven and doesn't have an HR structure. Once you get in the company, it takes a LOT of time to get promotion and the annual increment is also very less ( ~ 2%)

Need Suggestion’s

I have 3 years of experience at IBM as a #DataEngineer in a Big Data role. I have applied to multiple MNCs, and I received an interview mail from TCS for a Data Engineer role on 22nd January. I rescheduled the call, but I haven’t received any confirmation or reschedule mail from TCS since then. Could anyone suggest what I should do next? Also, if anyone could share #DataEngineer interview questions, it would be greatly helpful for my career.
