It's good for freshers, work life balance, work from home. Sick leave as many as you want. If you are in good project everything is good.

Dislikes

No gurrantee whether you will get the technology you want to work on. RCM people will put you in any project which directly affect your career. Just work for max 2 years and after 3 4 years come again and go like this. No or less outings, everything is paid
