IBM is good knowledgeable company , As a fresher I have learned many things here , feeling great to working in IBM.. 2.Coming to team mates we are 7 members supporting different applications handling by doing the Testing. 3.Coming to appraisal had as an email communication but never had with the certifications, expecting that way . 4.Coming to travel and over expenses and claiming they will be supporting to get things into hands as expected. 5.Work environment is very free and cool . Work-life balance is comparatively better. Only swipe in and no swipe out. And there are a few learning opportunities to learn new technologies if you are willing to learn. And free gym.

Dislikes

If you are a person who works within the speculated time boundaries, this is also the worst company for you. Nobody cares about how efficiently you work and even your manager will be working late inefficiently and hence expect to get salary hike and performance awards only for those who work late or hype their work. Politics is muchmore and you have to please your manager all the time. Salary hike is poor. No career growth.
