I did work as a agile coach. This is one of the worse company from agile perspective. They donot have agile roles. They make you to join by giving good hike and bonus. Once join and no project for 15 days, they will initiate PIP and lay you off. IBM is layoff company and do not join this company even offer is attractive. IBM is sinking because of old settled guys. HRs are worse. Agile practice is too worse and only 3 to 4 guys in that practice play all stupid politics . No proper roles for agile in IBM. DONOT JOIN and spoil your career in this worse company....Read More
