Company introduced a 90 days notice period policy in the middle of the year & applied it on the employees including working since last 5 years. They gave option to employee that either accept the policy or either leave the company. So many of our colleagues objected this but they had to accept the policy because of fear of losing the job. & Apart from this, there is very high politics is being played in I-process & it also involves the person sitting at higher positions. Many employees were bound to resign suddenly because they didn't worked by their terms & conditions. Because of this they had to resign otherwise they would have got terminated. Last but not least company's appraisal policy is worst. There are employees who are working in the company from last 3-4 years but they didn't got the hike even 30% of their offered package in the overall period....Read More
