Hyderabad Islamic school they are following xseed curriculum method this xseed well design superb planning method and they using good resources and equipment to better understanding to the childrens.

I had a faboulus experience in Hyderabad Islamic school . They was a good management and they realised we are in one team and employees are they family members and they listening employees problem and solved it and most important they follow 3 SSS .

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Too much restrictions, floor manager reports are trusted more,no staff room, no chair and desk for teachers, imbalanced work and personal life, need to kill/ keep at home your self respect
