It was a great honour and privilege to work in such a prestigious organisation for over three years. As an Englishmate trainer, we were introduced to blended and digital learning. I enjoyed the ambiance and the work culture. Since the company was restructuring and we got compensation for three months which was quite incredible!! At first Englishmate grew by leaps and bounds but fell flat years later!! What went wrong?? Yes people were very keen to learn the language, however, it failed to make an impact despite using Cambridge study material. As far as I am concerned, I would like to point few things: 1) expensive product, the result wasn't satisfactory. Cost must satisfy the customer. 2) they kept restructuring the product every now and then. 3) customers wanted ONLY SPEAKING practice which wasn't provided. Focus was more on grammar and blended learning. 4) Cambridge had awesome games coupled with grammar practice. 5) Creating a large base( trainees) is crucial. Work Details

My job was awesome. As a trainer, l enjoyed my work at Englishmate thoroughly. In fact I had the opportunity to undergo IELTS workshop, blended and digital learning which was an amazing experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
