Almost everything here! Such a horrrible environment filled with toxic management and bad people. They will hire you in C2H with a false statement of making you permanent asap but you might end up being in contract for years (yes, years!) So you can imagine the job security in C2H because the permanent employees also have none. No matter how good you perform, the management biasment towards others will hover with threat of job loss on you 24/7 and a highly pressure environment to increase and meet your targets only to end up rewarding you with peanuts :) Some juniors with less experience have got double promotions while there have been folks working here for long with the same designation and pay for years. If you do not get any job elsewhere and want to join, go ahead....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
