Overall wonderful experience serving in the Army Commander Secretariat in capacity of Senior Private Secretary, PA to MG IC Adm, PA to Brigadier Administration and PA to Deputy Military Secretary. Overall a organised culture.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
