Owners and Management are god in disguise. There were big challenges in Covid -19 lock down and till date ow ership has not chucked out any single employee and have paid them salary while they/we were sitting at homes. Revenue was low nearly to zero but ownership has been so thoughtful to take care of its employees as family members and help them in best possible way. Outstanding thought not found in any of the ownership and excellent management which do not create situations so that you need to leave or they take out anybody. THREE CHEERS...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
