It was a awesome experience to work with Hospicare and all of my team,i learnt many thing from there.and teach a lots of thing to my colleagues. I understand and believes that if you are hard working than its a best way to make your job more secure.

I was working there as Country Manager.I was responsible for all sales target,monitoring my Colleagues,payments follow up,set target and many more

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
