The some people who working in management are supporting wile pandemic locked down is great. I get my salary on lock down and also support with need. Ya every time the situations are different, some one have to suffer either self or qt management's. The work gives you experiance and bold your knowledge. But it's totally depends uponyour attitude with work. I am left that job because of work result. I didn't get my appreciation from management, and some people are there who want that too, but afterall I thought I deserve better opportunity from this, and it's waiting for me.right now I am seeking job but I hope I get better this time than early....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
