They consider their employees as an asset. Spend on employee for work n training. Everything gets in time such as appraisal, confirmation etc. Proactive HR department n logical Japanese executives.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
