*I like the big amount of Salary which I get by bossing around, throwing tantrums on staff members. Playing victim card in every situation.* **Life is good here.**

Dislikes

Employees here demand basic facilities like tea and coffee, how rude. They even demand expensive chairs, can't they work on basic plastic chairs?Employees don't listen to me. They ignore me, don't pay me any attention. I got a few of them terminated because of this.

I had a great time at Homi Lab. It is truly an honor to work with Srijan sir... who was the Advisor of the legendary Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. I learnt alot from him - and I loved that he personally gives space and time for young recruits, right down to the interns who worked with us. While the organization maintains a work discipline but we often had surprise gifts, pizzas etc. I was also able to leave the office by 6.30 pm all most daily. I was especially touched by how even the founder used to visit me to the hospital almost daily when I had fallen sick one month into my joining. I think the emotional bond is terrific....Read More

Late salary Never got full salary, always deducted for some reason. No real work to do, nothing to learn. TV serial type drama everyday. Zero work life balance. No promotions No Job security, can be terminated anytime. Unneccassary stress
