There is nothing to like about this job.

Dislikes

you have to take permission to go to lunch or use bathrooms. you may have to extend most of the times cause of the useless meetings which is intentionally scheduled after our shift ends. there is an only one-way cab.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
