Just the job security but at the cost of your mental health obviously, the worst ever and not even 0.1% likely to work there, keeping this option of what do you like about HGS is also waste of time

EVERYTHING! HR Smitha is one of the mannerless HR I have ever seen, she just know how to split personalities according to need, and most interesting So called TL Rekha, ugh one kind of a cruel person I have ever seen, she treats employees bad and very dominant. HGS is good but the management is bulls**t and people who are there justeating employees money by making nonsense rules. However don't waste your precious time in HGS more than a year because YOU WILL REGRET THIS LATER! A year is still fine for freshers. They don't even have proper travel accommodation instead of company keeping thee transport strict Here transport keeps company strict because HGS will not pay properly for the worth of what transport drivers routes.
