Very friendly and supportive work environment. Interaction with my colleagues and clients helps improve my technical skills and their feedback improved my performance. Very good work-life balance. Company encourages employees to improve their skills through certification and courses.

I am very much interested with the work environment, had a good exposure to various technologies and tools. I have a lot of scope to learn in this organization. I am very thankful to the my manager and higher authorities for guiding me to face a problem.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
