Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huse cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Bullying at work

There are my colleague 2 TLs , in office, they are always making fun of me and today when I slept for few minutes on desk as I was not feeling well they took my photo and making fun in meeting room stating are you still in sleep, I feel like crying not only for this but for any thing they will bring my name, try to plot me in meeting if I am not meeting any parameter, for them it's seems normal and cool but for me it is becoming unbearable
