There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not Givin to new joiners.

I worked in hgs Banglore there is no values they treat people worst You lose the self respect there

They give the high pressure to work they never satisfied the work.if you work good they increase the more pressure to you and they said you can get incentives Of course but for that you no need to maintain pressure right

It is a semi non voice process we have to send the mail to customer to solve their queries

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Bullying at work

There are my colleague 2 TLs , in office, they are always making fun of me and today when I slept for few minutes on desk as I was not feeling well they took my photo and making fun in meeting room stating are you still in sleep, I feel like crying not only for this but for any thing they will bring my name, try to plot me in meeting if I am not meeting any parameter, for them it's seems normal and cool but for me it is becoming unbearable
