I worked in hgs for 3.5 years ,Gud thing is team cordination was good. Nothing else

No salary no growth, wasted my 3.5yrs in hgs seeking of growth, i hve been applied for IJP twice and been selected as QA but thy refused to give the papers in hand, All fake promises from managemnt no document for what they say.. no transperancy in the management.. worst company... there employes is like PROFESSIONAL BEGGARS

I was expecting the growth to build my carrer there, nothing was happened

It’s my first job with 1st interview and I selected ......it’s a very good platform for jobseekers to enhance their ability.

Actually nothing.....except transport and rotational shifts

Job is quite interesting because it was my 1st job after complete my studies and I struggled a bit because i was a new learner I newly learned everything on that field.I got a chance to expressing my thoughts and ideas .

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
