This is an honest review by a person who was very interested in starting and by the time it completed to 8 months.... it was horrible....Pros - salary on time, work place is ambient, nothing else. Cons - worst management and HR department, no holidays will be given, no sick leaves are given, it leads to LOP (Loss of pay), the work pressure is a lot . They need PRR whether u die or u r in a problem. They need there PRR. NO INCENTIVES will be given, the main reason i lost interest in the job. Should come before time but wont let u go on time, call flow is huge. No rest in between calls. Only 5-10 seconds gap. A lot of other points are also to be mentioned....Read More
