Likes

The great learning environment for those who are seeking a platform to grow themselves at the very first stage. There are no limits to learning, and you can achieve more at work as initiatives opportunities are great. While I believe that organisation need to look forward to providing carrier opportunities at the right time.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Carrier growth opportunity is limited and my personal experience says opportunities are delayed in growth point of view.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

I started my carrier in this organisation. I was one among 50 members in my team.the training period was good and since i learned very fast, I started helping others. I believe overall HGS provided a great experience in term of work and challenges.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Bullying at work

There are my colleague 2 TLs , in office, they are always making fun of me and today when I slept for few minutes on desk as I was not feeling well they took my photo and making fun in meeting room stating are you still in sleep, I feel like crying not only for this but for any thing they will bring my name, try to plot me in meeting if I am not meeting any parameter, for them it's seems normal and cool but for me it is becoming unbearable
