himalaya global was very bad company in my life. there is no job security & no career growth, in three year there is no increament. increament those persons only who are spoons of manager. management is zero level. there is no benefit policies. no future scope.

Cartalism and terminating people without solid grounds...just to bring in relatives and acquaintances of people in power. No manager to report to and give credibility to your work. They dont give you ownership of your work too.. The managers keep changing for some or the other reason and when they change they bring their own people on board putting the jobs of those inside in risk. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No proper management of anything in place</mark>. No HR Threatening about not giving an experience or reference letter if we refuse to accept their instructions to resign... No trust between anyone. people who are ready for doing any kind of compromises and adjustments are welcome rather than people who really try to contribute....Read More
