There's nothing to like partiality is there.It depends on the TLs as well some of the TLs will take you the good position whereas some can never do that even if you are doing well and hardworking.
Dislikes
Partiality is there , politics is going on there.Even if you are capable of doing so much you can't expect a growth their.Those who are not even able to communicate properly will.gt promoted and some of the honesty agents will remain at same position.

It's like a Jail. Breaks not allowed. Breaks are freezed. Not allowed to go out of the office after 9 without permission and if there is no one for permission, you will have to be there till morning. even if the shift is over.

Worst ever management. They didn't pay my salary since jan. HR management forced me to go out of company. All play with their position. won't even give opportunity to say what the employee want to say. No intimation before taking a decision to next level.

I belong to process FADV. we were made to work evn 12 hours a day at times. I was hired for 9 hrs shift including breaks. process was good. But not people and few team leads
