Bad behaviour of managers as well as team leader. Managers behaviour is totally bad. Managers talking to their employees in very bad language. And they only promoting those people who are in their good books. Terrible experience

There's nothing to like partiality is there.It depends on the TLs as well some of the TLs will take you the good position whereas some can never do that even if you are doing well and hardworking.

Partiality is there , politics is going on there.Even if you are capable of doing so much you can't expect a growth their.Those who are not even able to communicate properly will.gt promoted and some of the honesty agents will remain at same position.
