WHEN I GOT SELECTED FOR HEXAWARE TECNOLOGIES AS AN ANALYST, WAS VERY HAPPY TO BE PART OF SUCH A BIG MNC BUT WHEN I GONE IN PRODUCTION GOT REALLY TERRIBLE EXPIRIECE OVER THERE FROM THE MANAGMENT TO PEERS EVERYONE WERE FORCING THINGS ON ME. BASICALLY I HAD A SHIFT OF 9 HOURS AND WAS WORKING FOR 13-14 HOPURS DAILY HOWEVER MANAGEMNT WAS HAPPY AFTER GIVING SO MUCH EFFORTS FOR THEM.

YOU HAVE TO EXTEND ON DAILY BASIS. MANAGMENT IS REALLY CULPRIT IN HEXAWARE TEHY WILL FORCE THING ON YOU.

In interview, hr promised that the organisation give 1200/- night allowances, in the month of night shift...when asked TL about this, he said no such allowances are been paid in this organisation.
