Martin training was super supportive Tl's but not all. The QA are good and very nice but the only lulua will cut mark a lot.

No week off as per roaster. Work pressure is like hell, full on ghada majduri. No productivity aux even though it's there meeting.

There was more work pressure and politics between the operational and keep on removing the agents without no reason there was no support manager or any off them i never want to more with hexaware in my life it was bad experience working with this company

It's very good company for Fresher's to start their career with a good salery package and a lot of opportunities to grow up in organization.

Washrooms is like Railway stations transportation facility must be improved if you travel by bus service provided by company you will wast your time. If you attend quality briefing or any process related training you will have to use your time any aux will not be included in your login hours system unavailability issue may be faced for login for executives and if you didn't logged in on time 3 or 4 times in a month then 20 to 30% amount can be deducted from your salery, doesn't matter this happened due to system availability issue or you got late....Read More

I worked there 1.5 years was about to work more but due to process shutdown I was transferred to different department but because previous department got shut down I was not having that feeling and excitement in new department so then I spoke with my manager she understood my concern and helped me with my resignation and it was done smoothly....
