Rather than supporting us during this pandemic they first put us on furlough period for one month and after that they transferred us in some different process where we will get same salary but haverotational shifts and one week off rotational..wherein in existing process we were getting fix weekend .
For the new process they trainedus only for one week and after that they directly put us on calls..so in this process first we started taking calls and then the certification happened which was very strange.
Initially they were not giving us roaster also, we get to know about next day shift at 12pm. So, account to them we should be awake with our WhatsApp open till then.
Overall very bad experience which is why I left the organisation....Read More
