The work is mostly relaxed, especially if you're on a legacy project. Onsite opportunities can be had in rotation. There are a lot of resources to certify oneself in various skills. So, relaxed environments come with relaxed pay hikes. Appraisals here are one of the worst in the industry. Also, appraisals are unfairly linked to passing trainings and certifications apart from achievements at work. So, even if you're a hardworking good performer, but miss a single training milestone, HR will have a good excuse to deny your pay hike.

Company is okay for short time period, they have few good projects but not much.

Dislikes

Very unprofessional behaviour, good projects are less in number. I have now doubt as they are saying like hexaware has tag of good place to work if this type of companies are having this type of tag then I don’t have trust on it now.

Management is worst, mostly BA graduates people are sitting in management position and not only leads but people with 22 years of experience in the same organization are settled there with full politics and supporting their favorite candidates inspite of someone's knowledge, skills and hardships.

Shifting to new technology is very easy(as compared to big MNC like accenture/capgemini)

Dislikes

Very unprofessional management. Majority of people on managerial designation think as they are kingpin and they can do everything. And guess what , Company HR supports them and you as a developer are nothing to them. I am chasing with them for FnF after leaving hexaware(1 month salary) and they are not even replying to mail.

I would not recommend anyone to join hexaware if they want to grow and play by the book.
