People are good if you have a good bond. Otherwise politics.

No proper business attire people roam with slipper and track pants. No proper home drop sometimes you get 12 seater for night shift employees in night which takes around 2 hrs to reach home. No hygiene is maintain you will see cockroach roaming around food and oven. No quality of food in canteen.high level of office politics. No proper appraisal and also rating level system you will get almost 2-3k less monthly due to monthly rating also people who behave very good with TL manager even though they make you feel like garbage get a proper rating. No mobile phone allowed. No security to person and their stuff, bike got stolen helmet got stolen earbuds,mobile,charger many cases are there. Harrasment by cab driver....Read More

Theres nothing that can be liked. There are no perks or benefits for an employee No night shift allowance, No work life balance, Employee KRA is just for name you cannot take any leave casual leave or sick leave throughout a month. And even only 1 planned leave is available through a month if exceeds then you ratings will be dropped to 2.

No. Perks and benefits for employee. Will not even retain old employees will good skills and exp.thought they will hire new inexperienced ppl with even more higher package. No leave benefits, No night shift allowance, 0 leave policy is worst. One cannot take any unplanned, sick leave, casual leave through a month & even one cannot exceeds planned leave more then 1 that too you have to update your leave tracker prior in 1 month....Read More

Totally unsopprtive to employees no hirearchy followed specially in worldlink and euro Investigations process Manager is the only hirearchy no hr active in this process . Employees are treated like dogs, full of pressure and no support from seniors and working environment totally pathetic for new joinee and training is also not provided properly

Hr is not active and they do not interfere to know what employees are facing due to their managers
