No job security. Have to sign 2.5 years agreement and if we want to leave the company in between, have to pay certain amount. Hectic and micro management. Favoritism towards some employees. Only buckets can survive. No standard pay. No extra pay for overtime and weekend work. HR is worst. Management blindly trusting those people. Never ask openion of employees. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and group captain has good team management qualities. Company policies are good and accurately. Company arranged all necessaries and due care regarding CIVID9 and for work from home facilities. We have work satisfaction and learning very new and usefull things for our future.
