The promotion process is quite challenging. For JG7, candidates must go through interviews. For JG8 (Project Lead), the process is even more demanding - first, an interview with JG9 and if cleared, a rigorous annual program then again 2 rounds of interviews with JG10 & JG11. However, completing the program does not guarantee a promot ion, as selections are based on business requirements. Many managers lack essential project management skills</mark>, such as proactive communication, handling team queries and emotional intelligence. They often reach out to employees after office hours and work late into the night, setting an unhealthy work culture. Additionally, there is a noticeable misalignment in expectations between management and leadership. Workplace condition add to these challenges. The office nodal is poor and the food is equally disappointing. Production employees are expected to complete 7.5 hours daily and prolonged sitting has even led to spine related issues for some. -mostly engagements are with foreign stakeholders so don't find the logic of asking to be in office mandatory 2 days a week. -More trainings should be there wrt the work

Do not join at all!!! any time that you invest at here will create a huge skill gap as you get to learn nothing that is usable anywhere else. Experience is not considered anywhere else. Company does not follow any standard procedures and managers just delegate the work to the juniors and no value or recognition to the work is provided</mark>. The only recognition you will get is spot awards which are just nothing as they are just printout copies highlighting what you did no compensation is provided. People who work with dedication and stay loyal are just the most screwed as nothing is offered in return for your loyalty And the best thing is the salary that you get as you can only afford to buy peanuts based on the package what they offer! Company just gives false hopes and always needs a reason to not give yearly hikes in the name of market recession as company is facing losses whereas company can definitely afford to promote and give hikes to employees who they think are worth it! Till 2016 this company was great in all terms. Company cared for their employees and had a great work culture with minimum work pressure. But things are not same after that.

Company started focusing on more micro management rather than the amount of effort and work done by the employees. Company has started illegally recovering money from those employees who resign. They do not give any reason for recovering just threaten the employee to repay the money or else legal action will be taken. They recover any amount without proper clarification and quote any silly reasons for recovery like excess leave used, etc. When questioned about the same, they don't even care to reply and give explanation....Read More

The management sells COMFORT and FLEXIBILITY as their USP to the employees. So everything but proper work and compensation.

No promotions, No increments , the senior leadership has enjoyed for too long without any proper or practical strategy. Try to save cost as much as they can by hiring employees from India for dirt cheap compensation. The managers take a mile from employees and only give an inch. managem ent people try to take all the credit for the work of Engineers. Everyone from the Senior leadership to a normal engineers seems to be disassociating with the company pretty quick. It seems to go only downhill from here...Read More
