Do not join at all!!! any time that you invest at here will create a huge skill gap as you get to learn nothing that is usable anywhere else. Experience is not considered anywhere else. Company does not follow any standard procedures and managers just delegate the work to the juniors and no value or recognition to the work is provided. The only recognition you will get is spot awards which are just nothing as they are just printout copies highlighting what you did no compensation is provided. People who work with dedication and stay loyal are just the most screwed as nothing is offered in return for your loyalty And the best thing is the salary that you get as you can only afford to buy peanuts based on the package what they offer! Company just gives false hopes and always needs a reason to not give yearly hikes in the name of market recession as company is facing losses whereas company can definitely afford to promote and give hikes to employees who they think are worth it! Promotion & growth is sometimes on the basis of tenure more than talent. Growth opportunities are not properly aligned to the right people. Also, the hiring of new talent needs restructuring as the new people sometimes don't seem fit for the company & it ends up in a messy situation for existing talent leading to overwork & unnecessary stress.

Frequent incremental and reduction in budget leads to movement of resources. Due to which employee’s have to start from 0 again and can’t justify their performance for appraisal. Less market adjustments and monetary rewards.

Prior to pandemic there was monthly rotational shift which sometimes badly affected the health. Once the body gets used to with shifts, shift changes. So it’s pretty difficult to adapt. Post pandemic majority of the employees work from home.
