Frequent incremental and reduction in budget leads to movement of resources. Due to which employee’s have to start from 0 again and can’t justify their performance for appraisal. Less market adjustments and monetary rewards.

Work Details

Prior to pandemic there was monthly rotational shift which sometimes badly affected the health. Once the body gets used to with shifts, shift changes. So it’s pretty difficult to adapt. Post pandemic majority of the employees work from home.

Low pressure in work, working culture is stress free.

No career growth since this company has its own tool which is of no importance in other organisations, ver low hike in term of salary like I received 5k in hand hike from last 2 year, no personal growth at all, pathetic in terms of work. I would say if some just want to earn money and spoil his career then join this organisation.

Project lead gives all his work to the seniors stating that if u will not do this work u cant grow, and even after doing his work, then also they say what u are doing extra. These people give importance to other task but not to production
