I joined Here technology in 2016 and i worked for 5 years, in 2016 and 2 next years means till 2018 company was soo good regarding work culture and work life balance, gifts, outing,free wifi and apraisal were good but after then management stoped all these things and they introduced pro hence software which will keep each and everythings in track , you can say its micro management. Working at Here was fantastic journey. Got very nice and supportive teammates in all 5 years of journey. There are few people who became a lifetime friend and role model too..

Though it was a fantastic journey, there few drawbacks of the same. As there is only proprietary tools available onsite, it marks no value to outside market.
