Products of HDFC are easy to push . More ultra HNW clients are here...If u wish work hard definitely u will shine here...But Senior will not guide u to earn incentives.. Everything depends on ur Branch Head..If u get some poisonous Branch head like mine, He won't allow you to grow..

Bank always push only FD and CASA..They won't allow individual staff to focus on their score card parameters to achieve incentives.. Come here ..Work hard for 2 years. Get trained...Go out.. Branch heads are always project the staffs one who does Life insurance.. If you have done excellent job in liabilities, Assets and casa and done a small tickets in LI means Bank won't recognise you... Pathetic employee culture,don't expect work life balance..infact dint expect a life if you are working with this bank. HR is just for name sake. Promotions are given basis manager discretion your actual numbers dony matter and you would sell everything except for the product in which you are hired

The work culture on totality in branch operations as a whole is abysmal. Appraisals are approximately equivalent to the inflation rates so technically the growth is stagnant.

After 300 km for five years i am out my house who give oil get proposition and closed to home anther think not old Boyes don't given any value, holidays are not available properly .work should be viewed according to location

nothing as such to like about the organization. One might find good team mates.

HDFC is such a place where if an employee was covid positive, he/she was made to feel that he/she shouldn't have survived it. they are harassed by supervisors like Danish Khan and no body helps you out. Although Danish himself doesnt know about anything RBB but still keeps an ego with his team members and makes sure that they leave the organization. Plus he has the support of his supervisor, Ms Deepa, who blindly trust this guy. Even if you are performing and doing things right and ethically, one might not be liked by these guys and you end up resigning. PS- If you resign they'll harass. If you stay again they'll harass. If you switch to new organization, people like Danish Khan will give a fake feedback due to which one might loose another job. Shame HDFC have people like Danish Khan and supervisor like Deepa who just want to boost their own EGO. Work life balance is the worst. Taking a leave when you are sick also feels like you have committed a serious crime. No hike even after working for almost 10 hrs a day for 4 years. Terrible process and sales pressure. Your mental health goes for a toss working here.

the pressure and language used by bosses is very harsh and unbearable. It increases your stress levels very high and it makes it difficult to get up and go to work everyday. No one is kind and the competition ensures you cannot trust any colleague. The compensation only makes up bearly for taking such an enormous toll on your health
