Better to hire eligible Candidates for BM roles. In kamareddy-station road branch Bm- Mr. Ganga Mohan Bandari( G4457) always sitting idle in BM cabin and watching serials..... What is the use of being as a Bm in that type locations, there is no aggressiveness in handling team meanwhile there is no knowledge in dealing big clients.
