Hdfc bank is market leader in banking. Other bank learn from hdfc how to grow and become no 1. The relationship manager culture is actively drive by the bank. The sales or relationship managers have got great incentive I structures.

To make the stakeholders and investors of the Co happy and to get every quarter great returns hdfc bank is driven very hard on sales part. More than the decision makers the lower management like cluster heads and branch managers think like they are the fortune makers of the employees. They threat to take the job, spoil career. Huge pressure on sales part which might take some toll on customer service and when customer is unsatisfied that accountability is also on employees. Every single employee sitting in the branch has specific sales targets. Here I would like to emphasis on insurance sales.
