Don’t have technology, work life balance , as an Imperia which is HNI client relationship profile, there u have to source 10k AMB Savings account & don’t have any support from branch , u have to provide all services to clients even third party fd , BG , everything..u have to do calling like call Center in non managed clients for credit card sales , personal loan , Demat etc. Third class culture.
