Bank's collection processes and guidelines are good. Bank prefer work life balance.

Dislikes

Incentives, bonus and increment is worst and lower than other bank and NBFCs. Incentives are not available for collection team. Infrastructure like workstations, printer are not available for spokes locations managers.

Job security is a myth only in private sector,work culture is somehow good,company has policies only the betterment of customers not for it's employees. Best thing is only one can plan for their holidays.
