Just an average experience, not happy with the internal politics and micro management practices. Work life balance is just okay here, not bad but not best too.

Worst recognition, No promotion for years. Salary hike is not even able to beat inflation year by year. Always very late yearly appraisal paper release.

As I got the option of Hybrid work option, So that was the thing that made to like this Organization.

Difficult to climb the ladder as per next level and also appraisal is also not up to the level, as the salary revision can't be expected much.

Their are internal training programs which can help you upskill. If your manager is supportive you can be internally moved to your desired team like Cloud etc Provide internal medical corporate services for uour family.

Dislikes

Work Culture is not good they do not promote well being of employees. Sometimes people get stuck in their roles for many years without any hike. Very bad appraisal system. No bonus offered.

The work culture and team members are amicable and help you to grow with their experience. Also, HCLTech organizes various extracurricular activities (Sports, Dance, etc) which help employees within the organization come together and make new connections.

Dislikes

There is little concern in the area of employee recognition as per the efforts given by employees. The Performance appraisal and review is too slow which gets delayed by a Quarter during the appraisal cycle.

Promotion/appraisal is very poor. They are working financial year appraisal but never got in April every time end of the session 😞 There is no shift allowance or weekend allowance, no extra single penny. even they used to deduct your variable and bonus which are part of your CTC on name of performance, very bad experience, there is nothing like MNC's

Dislikes

Toxic management just to save appraisal fund they terminate anyone left and right. One have to work 12 hours during weekend with only two week off. If one ask about timing they label you as terrible and not team player. They will not respect you for working in night shift they treat you badly.
